Terms & House Rules

A reservation is made by sending an inquiry through the form on this website. It is an inquiry, not an automatic confirmation — we will contact you to confirm availability, the price and the details.

After we confirm the dates, we ask for a deposit to secure the booking; the remaining amount is paid as agreed (e.g. on arrival).

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or a change of the booked dates by the Guest.

Nightly rates depend on the season (from 333 to 399 zł); the total is the sum of the rates for the individual nights of the stay.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM on the arrival day; check-out is by 11:00 AM on the departure day.

Other times can be arranged individually, subject to availability.

Please treat the cabin and its equipment with care. In case of any damage or malfunction, please inform our staff immediately.

The cost of repairing damage caused during the stay may be added to the bill.

A refundable security deposit of 500 zł may be collected and is settled after the stay, once the condition of the cabin has been checked.

Please use the heating, appliances and any fireplace/stove with care and according to instructions; do not leave open flames unattended.

When leaving the cabin, please close the windows and lock the door. The Guest is responsible for keys handed over for the stay.

Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin.

Small, clean pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Please let us know when booking.

The owner of the animal is responsible for any damage it causes and for keeping the cabin clean.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect the neighbours and the surroundings.

Parties and events that disturb others are not allowed. We kindly ask you to keep the place calm and tidy.

The number of guests may not exceed the cabin's capacity (up to 6 people) without prior arrangement.
