Through the booking inquiry form we collect: full name, phone number, email address, an optional message, and the details of the requested stay (dates, number of guests).

We process the data to handle your inquiry and a possible reservation, and to contact you about it (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR — taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in responding).

Emails are delivered using Resend (email service provider) and the site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf solely to deliver the service.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing purposes.

We keep the data for the time needed to handle the inquiry and the stay, and afterwards only as required by law (e.g. accounting) or until you ask us to delete it.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, and to object to it.

To exercise your rights, contact us at kontakt@claudhouse.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: PUODO).

The site does not use tracking or marketing cookies. Only technical storage necessary for the site to work (e.g. remembering the chosen language and that the intro has been shown) may be used.
